Explain
Understand why a caregiver match is recommended, which constraint is in conflict, or why an item needs attention. The reason belongs beside the recommendation.
Ethiya Intelligence
Ethiya Intelligence helps home-care teams understand, draft, prioritize, and act on operational information while keeping source records and human accountability visible.

“Use AI” is not a workflow. A useful capability has a clear input, a defined output, an accountable owner, and a known boundary.
Connected capabilities
Each part of the workflow keeps its context, boundaries, and accountable owner.
Understand why a caregiver match is recommended, which constraint is in conflict, or why an item needs attention. The reason belongs beside the recommendation.
Turn a time-bounded set of authorized records into a reviewable brief for staff or an approved plain-language update for a family. Keep the original records available.
Prepare a message, note revision, follow-up, or form response from known context. The responsible person reviews before consequential use or external delivery.
Use everyday language to query authorized operational data. Read-only execution, access limits, validation, and audit controls remain between the question and the result.
Bring the most urgent scheduling, service, authorization, credential, or revenue exceptions forward with the reason, owner, and next action attached.
Accountable workflow
Care, employment, financial, and client-communication decisions stay with authorized people.
The system should use only the records and fields the requesting user and workflow are allowed to access.
Users should know when text, a score, or a recommendation was generated or transformed.
The workflow should record what the system prepared, what a person approved or changed, and what was ultimately sent or applied.
Responsible-AI standard
Low confidence, missing information, conflicting rules, and sensitive cases should move to review instead of being silently resolved.
Questions to ask
Ethiya can be designed to recommend and explain matches, but an authorized person remains responsible for assignment unless a bounded agency-configured rule has been explicitly approved for automation.
It can prepare content and, where the product and agency policy permit, support controlled delivery. Recipient authorization, channel consent, human review, and delivery history still matter.
Voice and recorded-interview workflows are roadmap concepts unless specifically confirmed. Any release would need clear automation disclosure, consent, jurisdiction review, retention controls, and a non-recording path.
Ethiya documents the provider, retention, training, and data-use terms that apply to each production AI workflow during security review. Those production terms define how agency data is handled.
